Live Stream Event FAQs

—Live Stream Event FAQs—

I don’t have a PayPal account.

You can easily create a PayPal account that just requires your billing and contact information OR you can use your credit or debit card directly.

Is PayPal the only option to pay?

In addition to PayPal, we have the option use your credit or debit card directly.  Simply select the “Authorize.net” option, and follow the prompts on the screen.

Where will I watch the Live Stream Event?

You will return to this page (www.davidphelps.com/livestream) to watch the event.  You enter the password you received into the password field and the video will become available.  You should be able to watch on any device that has a browser like Safari or Chrome.

My password is not working.

The password you received via email after you bought your ticket will not work until the event begins.  The event date and time is listed on this page as well as the email receipt you received.

I did not get an email confirming my order.

If you did not receive an email after purchasing a Live Stream Ticket, first, check your spam or junk mail folder to make sure it was not automatically filtered to those mailboxes.  If you still have trouble,  please email Jenn at [email protected].

Is the Live Stream available everywhere?

Yes!  As long as you have an internet connection, a device (laptop, iPad, cell phone, etc.), and browser software or app, you will be able to connect anywhere in the world.  We have viewers in many countries around the globe!

In what time zone is the event start time listed?

Unless otherwise stated, we list all times in CDT (Central Daylight Time).

Will the Event video be posted after it ends?

Each event will be posted in its entirety for 24 hours after the advertised event start time.  Each ticket holder may watch the event ONCE during that time period.  So, if you have a prior engagement or if you live in a distant time zone, and that keeps you from watching the event at its airing time, you will have 24 hours to watch the event before it becomes unavailable.

I can’t watch at the time listed.  Can I watch the event at a later time?

You can watch the event any time within a 24 hour period after the advertised start time.

Can I watch the event more than once?

Each event may be viewed once per ticket purchase.  This is a live event and intended to be viewed as such.

Why are you charging for this?

Live Streaming a special event costs money to broadcast.  In addition to paying all the personnel and support staff associated with the production of the event, there are fees for equipment, streaming service, and additional band width usage.  Also, often forgotten, are songwriter and copyright owner royalties.  Though the laws are often disregarded and broken, song usage in live streaming and internet posting falls under specific intellectual property laws and guidelines. We believe music creators deserve to be paid for their work.

I don’t want to pay.  Music should be free.

While we disagree, we won’t get into that.  However, we are very glad to inform you that we have many, many free titles available to view on Youtube and various social media.  We try to post as often as possible.  So visit often, follow us and subscribe!
