Is The Barn @ The Phelps Farm accessible?
Yes. We offer a separate parking lane and valet (if needed). We have accessible sidewalks, ramps and bathrooms. Additionally, we have open area seating with ample space for wheelchairs.
How long are the shows?
Shows are typically 3 hours long.
What is the dress code?
There is no specific dress code. Come comfortable.
Is The Barn air conditioned and heated?
Yes
Do you sell food and beverages at the performances?
Yes. Prior to performances and during intermission, as well as after the show. We sell water, soft drinks, popcorn, caramel corn, candy, cookies, and other specialty items. During our Labor Day Barn Bash a meal is served both nights as part of the ticket price.
Are tobacco products allowed in The Barn?
The Barn is a non-smoking facility and no tobacco products of any kind are allowed. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco and vaporizers. Designated smoking areas are located outside.
Are cameras and recorders allowed in the theater?
Yes and No. The use of cameras with out a flash is not a problem. Recording devices is strictly prohibited by the contracts with the performing artists and organizations.
Does The Barn @ The Phelps Farm accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
I left an item at The Barn. Do you have a “lost and found” department?
Yes. Call 931-987-2424. Leave your name, telephone number, and a detailed message about your item—when you lost it and what performance you were attending. Someone will look for the item and get back to you as soon as possible.

Does my baby/child need a ticket?
Any lap-child 3 and under is free. Children 4 and up will require a ticket.
I am unable to attend my performance. Can I get a full refund?
The Barn has a strict ‘no refunds’ policy. However, you may sell your ticket and transfer to another party.
Are rush tickets available for any of the performances at The Barn @ The Phelps Farm?
Yes, for some performances. 90 minutes prior to show time, though once again, this is not guaranteed for all performances. Please check social media prior to each performance. There is a limit of one ticket per person.
